Working with Aliza Mattenson to find and purchase our new home was an absolute pleasure. She’s incredibly committed and knowledgable and was always responsive to our questions and concerns. She really took care of us and understood who we are and what we were looking for. She’s tenacious and driven  but never overbearing – always understanding, kind, and enjoyable to be around. When the house we really wanted (and are now living in) presented various challenges including a buried oil tank, Aliza was totally on top of it — checking in with the listing agent, keeping tabs on developments, and keeping us posted and informed, to make certain we were in the best position to get the house we loved. Without her, I don’t think things would have turned out so well. It always felt like Aliza was on our side. She cares. She is sensitive to the stresses and emotions present when making this major life change. She was a comfort to us and a great resource person. We felt like a team. I would highly recommend Aliza to anyone looking to buy a home.
